Compression. May be different reasons causing this, shoe gear is the most common at your age and gender without any medical history. Sometimes the nerves going to your great toe are compressed by your choice in shoe gear (high heels, tight straps, etc), this could like to your numbing pain to your great toe. There are other causes, but this is the most likely without other medical history.

Nerves=numbness. First consider if there is any swelling present. When someone presents with calf pain, it is important to be aware of the risks of blood clots in this area. This would most likely present with swelling of the leg. Many times people feel numbness in their foot in such a scenario. Such pain could also be due to injury to the Triceps Surae.
