Herniated cervical disc n bulged lumbar disc. Is chiropractor treatment or physiotherapy better? Is traction n spinal manipulation the same?
Neck pain. Chiropractor not recommended , physical therapy recommended , dangerous to have neck manipulation with neck disease.
Both ok. Physical therapy and chiropractic care are both good options for conservative care of lumbar disc problems. For cervical disc problems, i feel that pt is safer. Cervical traction may be very helpful. Check out spine-health.Com.
