Bottom right side of mouth in the back hurts when I touch or open mouth swelling started the pain is only at one spotwhen I touch?

Sounds like a proble. It certainly seems unusual; any pain in the mouth can affect u adversely, as it hurts to chew or swallow, & I am guessing u r eating/drinking less.
