In brief: Adjuvant chemo

Adjuvant chemo for stage iii colorectal cancer would be combination of 5fu/oxaliplatin or capecitabine/oxaliplatin.
Chemo can be started as soon as you are recovering well from your surgery. It can be started 4-6 weeks from surgery-providing that all surgical site is healed. Good luck. It is not a common thing to have a colon cancer at age of 30- thus a genetic counselling/testing is recommended.

In brief: As soon as

The surgery heals.
We try to do it no later than 6 weeks from the cancer surgery but of course, stuff can sometimes happen that can delay it. Best to you.

Dr. Ho astutely noticed you are only 30 and advised genetic evaluation. She is spot on.
