Limited. A drug called n-acetyl cysteine in doses of 200 mg three times daily may be of benefit, but has not been validated in large studies. Supplemental oxygen may be helpful for patients already low in oxygen saturation. Getting an oximeter from walgreens or rei may help determine your oxygen level.
ILD. Do not try anything, go to a pulmonologist and follow recommendations, this is a very serious condition.
Unfortunately none. There is no effective treatment for interstitial lung disease that alters progression or mortality. In fact treatment has been shown to worsen survival over no treatment.
