In brief: Legs don't rest

Your legs don't rest when you are resting, often during sleep.
The feeling of crawling/burning/sting/aching/squeezing in your legs and when you up and walking, these symptoms go away/subside. There medical conditions causing this--anemia, pregnancy, thyroid diseases etc..To name a few. So, if this is what you have, consult with your doc for evaluation...There are good treatments. Good luck.
