In brief: Nothing specific

It is not feasible to discern headaches due to brain tumors from the usual headaches from other causes.

In brief: Brain tumor headache

Brain tumor headaches are usually generalized pressure type of headache.
Early on they will begin during the night and awaken a person from sleep. They will usually be made worse lying down and improved by being upright. As the course progresses the headaches will be triggered by sneezing or straining. The course is increasing frequency.
