Are there any susceptibilities to lipomas with gist? Other cancers in gist patients?

In brief: Not really

Most GI stromal tumors are sporadic.
There are rare cases where there can be familial syndromes. In general having a G.I. Stromal tumor is not associated with increased risk of other cancers or lipomas. Sporadic lipomas are also very common.
