How could i treat abrasions in the vaginal area without over-the-counter medicine and without a ob/gyn doctor?

In brief: "Clean & sober"

The most important thing to treat this area is to cleanse the vulvar area with an anti-bacterial soap such as Hibiclens or Betadine.
Do not put any of the soap inside the vagina. Be "sober" and wear cotton underwear to wick moisture away from the abrasions and prevent bacteria from multiplying in that spot. If the abrasions do not heal in one week, see a OB GYN MD & avoid "intoxicating" response.
