There's small lump on my leg where they removed bone for a bone biopsy. Is this normal?

In brief: Depends on when

If you have a small lump right after the biopsy for some days or a week, that would be normal swelling after the trauma of the biopsy.
If you have a lump there weeks or months later, that is not normal, and you should see your doctor about it. Of course it would help to know why you had a bone biopsy.
