Getting some bright light at that time can synchronize your circadian rhythm - prompting a melatonin surge about bedtime. Second, do not fight sleep. If you have the sleepiness overtake you - honor it and retire.Third, avoid those activities or substances that make sleep onset more difficult or disrupt it - pm exercise, alcohol, energizing games/tv.
