In brief: It Depends

There aren't "healthy" and "unhealthy" sleep positions from a pure sleep point of view.
If you have sleep apnea, sleeping on your back worsens the breathing event. Heartburn patients should sleep with their head elevated to reduce symptoms. In pregnancy, sleeping on your side is preferable, especially in the third trimester.
