In brief: Infection? STD?

Colored vaginal discharge usually means infection, especially STDs if at risk -- and absence of odor goes along with gonorrhea and chlamydia.
Maybe yeast, but usually little discharge and white. You need to see a doctor ASAP. Cloudy urine may not mean much. Cloudy urine usually is due to undissolved minerals, which results from variations in food and fluid intake.

In brief: Cannot diagnose

You need to be seen and examined to determine what this is.
Can think of many possible causes, but without a full history and exam and some testing cannot begin to guess. Good luck.

In brief: See your doctor

You may have one of several forms of vaginitis (yeast, bacterial or protozoal).
You could potentially have a urinary tract infection too due to the cloudy urine though pain or frequent urination is a more typical associated symptom. See your doctor.
