I have had lifelong, unrelenting fatigue. I'm not anemic and I don't have food allergies or sleep apnea. What could be wrong?

In brief: Fatigue

But so is fibromyalgia and dysthmic disorder or depression. Have you seen your primary care doctor to discuss this? Or have you seen a rheumatologist for evaluation? Or lastly, even a psychologist/psychiatrist.

In brief: Fatigue

I am receiving patients with similar status .
I star with a complete medical history, checking obesity, thyroid, adrenal function, insulin, cortisol, acth, pth, testosterone free and total, serot, others hormones, some virus like ebv, cmv, ckeck neurological exam, blood sugar, blood pressure. The best thing is go to a holistic dr, and or your primary doctor and determine the reason of your fatigue.

In brief: Hard t osay

A detail history would be helpful to answer your questions.
Chronic fatigue syndrome has a huge list of possible causes. Your diet, your digestive system, your mental health, any other chronic illness may be contributory. I would recommend you have your thyroid checked, lymes titer, vitamin b-12, folate (folic acid) checked.
