In brief: Ovulation Kit
The best way to predict ovulation is by checking for lh surge.
The lh surge occurs about 24-48 hours prior to ovulation. When it is + have i/c for 2-3days. You may also note egg white mucus coming from the cervix. Pain or mittleschmirtz may occur as the follicle is growing, is actually ovulating or after ovulation. One to two days after ovulation the am temperature should rise 1/2 to 1 degree.

In brief: Several methods
There are many ways to measure ovulation from body temperature to other physical changes.
There are kits available that are commonly inexpensive that you can use or some people are able to accurately calculate their ovulation days by diligently tracking their menstrual cycles. Some women can feel when they are ovulating. You can find out how to perform these methods with an online search.
