In brief: IUD
Intrauterine device such as paragard which can be had for about 4-6 hundred dollars.
.This will last about ten years! yes, up to 10 yrs for this price....So, this is most convenient--have it done and no pill, and average out will be the cheapest method available today! look around in your town for a doc who does this.. Good luck.

In brief: IUD
There are a few iud's (intrauterine devices) that are inserted by your doctor nto your uterus and stay in place for 5-10 years.
Although the up front costs involved are pricey, you will not need to pay for birth control pills every month. However, you cannot have an iud placed if you have a sexually-transmitted infection or pelvic inflammatory disease. Talk to your doctor for about your options.
