I'm a breasfeeding mom and I love eating dark chocolate. Could this negatively effect my 3 month old baby?

In brief: Generally No but...

... In some situations, babies may have gas or are fussy.
This is rare and I do not know if subject to research. Trial and error elimination tests tell the story.

In brief: Yes and no

Dark chocolote as a product would seem a safe indulgence, yet it has natural caffine which can cross into baby & cause irritability, sleep distrubance or worse etc.
Babies can take 4x as long as mom to get rid of caffine. Its harder on newborns than 3m.Some might suggest a risk of sensitizing baby, triggering a chocolote allergy later ? I can't say its without issues.
