I heard soy-based protein is bad for males. Is this true?

Processed soy. There is good evidence that fermented organic soy is part of a healthy lifestyle for men & women -think miso, tempah, etc... However, the highly processed soy found in textured vegetable protein and soy milk is not healthy. Most commercial non-organic soy is processed using highly toxic hexane. I recmmend avoiding all non-organic processed soy.
In excess. Soy has some estrogen- like substances, but moderate consumption is fine.
