How you can calculate it is your weight/2.2 (to provide kilograms) and multiple by 0.8 to 1.8 roughly. If sedentary use 0.8-1, if light activitly 1.1-1.3, if moderate activity 1.4-1.6 and is heavy exercise 1.7-1.8. Try more plant based proteins since they are healthier and easier on kidneys; & drink alot of water.
