I'm curious. What symptoms go along with dengue fever?

In brief: Break Bone Fever
Dengue fever begins with a sudden high fever, often as high as 104 - 105 degrees fahrenheit, 4 to 7 days after the infection.
A flat, red rash may appear over most of the body 2 - 5 days after the fever starts. A second rash, which looks like the measles, appears later in the disease. Infected people may have increased skin sensitivity and are very uncomfortable.

Patients often have severe muscle and joint pain; the reason for the term "breakbone fever", and in the severe form of dengue hemorrhagic fever symptoms can become complex.

In brief: Other symptoms
Other symptoms include: fatigue, headache (especially behind the eyes), joint aches, muscle aches, nausea, swollen lymph nodes and vomiting.
One of my long-time patients of over 20 year encountered dengue while visiting thailand after being bitten by a mosquito. Several years ago, my er colleague had dengue which came from a stowaway mosquito from the docks/port. He just returned from mt everest.
