I've developed cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea. What should I be watching out for in the future?

Get it fixed. If this is true, this means there is a connection between the germ infested lining of your nose and the coverings of your brain. Unless you get it fixed (surgery), expect to get meningitis and suffer the complications thereof.
Depends. If you know that it's csf, then you've probably had a previous procedure. Do you still have a neurosurgeon? Infection is the primary concern, other than pure volume loss. You really want to get this checked though!
