I have rotator cuff tendinitis. About a month ago i started going numb from my shoulder to my elbow & now from my elbow to my fingers are tingling & numbing when i try to level my arm with my shoulder?

Chronic shoulder aching followed by tingling ; numbness arm ; hand suggests thoracic outlet syndrome, as arm nerves are impinged (pinched) in shoulder region.
These symptoms oft occur when arm raised to shoulder height as clavicle (collar bone) caused to rotate downward causing closure of space between clavicle ; underlying 1st rib. See an osteopath. Imo many neurologist doubt existence of tos.
