Headache for past 2 days, took blood pressure. 159/92, pulse was 115 at pharmacy. Can this BP cause headache/pressure in head?

Probably not. Extremely high BP can cause headaches, but the level you describe is unlikely to do that. With a very rapid pulse, more likely the elevated BP reflects pain and/or anxiety. There is a arare disease called pheochromocytoma that can cause all three. Check with your doctor.
