Is it possible for a man to have normal fasting blood sugar but elevated 2-hour pp sugar? If it is possible, what is this condition called and what kind of treatment is available for this?

Yes. As one is developing diabetes, the first abnormality is a rise in the post prandial sugar. Since blood tests are typically done fasting, we usually do not diagnose sugar problems until the fasting sugar is high. Normal post prandial sugars can be as high as 140 mg/dl, but we do not diagnose diabetes until they > 200. Treatment is similar to diabetes; avoiding concentrated sweets, lose weight.
