In brief: Lung, skin, GI
Skin anthrax presents an ulcer and is the least dangerous.
Gi anthrax causes bloody diarrhea, fever, abdominal pain etc. Inhalational anthrax is the most serious and causes cough, blood sputum, fever, shortness of breath. Note that once symptoms of lung infection appear, treatment is usually not effective and infection causes rapid death!

Thankfully, anthrax is rare nowadays. Soil where sick sheep have been can remain contaminated for decades. The black, hard "eschar" ulcer on the skin is familiar; gastrointestinal anthrax is as Dr. Singh describes it, and the pneumonia form is fulminant and if heavy antibiotic coverage doesn't work, death may occur before anyone thinks of anthrax.
