In brief: Not really
N-acetylcarnosine (NAC) in small studies showed improve vision in cataract patients.
However, has not been studied in double blind, randomized, prospective way & studies paid for by company- vested interest. It is not FDA approved. Surgery only cure. Sun protection & eating a diet rich in antioxidants may help prevent worsening. More info at: eyedoc2020@blogspot.com

Congenital cataract mandates thorough investigation.
It may be an isolated finding but may also be a part of multiple anomalies or a part of congenital infection.

There are no natural treatments at this point.
If surgery is indicated then that is the only option or do nothing.

Cataracts are a structural change in the natural lens of the eye frequently disturbing vision.
Congenital ones are those present at birth - some minor but others larger causing disturbance of vision. For those, treatment may be advised to preserve vision. No "natural" remedies exist. See your pediatric ophthalmologist for advice.

In brief: U-V Protection
Many congenital cataracts do not progress, or progress very slowly.
To help keep that progression under control, there are 2 things you can control that are study-proven. Smoking causes cataract progression, so if you smoke....One more reason to quit. We also know that ultraviolet light is a problem. So use sunglasses and hats to limit u--v exposure.
