I live in a college town with many healers who use Asian treatments. Will they work on carotid cavernous fistula?

No no no no. Carotid cavernous fistula is a very serious condition that can not be treated with anything other than traditional western techniques.

Natural treatments are good but won't work for c-c fistula.

You need a very skilled interventional radiologist who can use targeted beads or coils to ablate or close the fistula, not alternative treatments.

A cavernous carotid fistula is an abnormal connection between a large artery and a vein at the base of the skull behind the eye.
This is treated by neurosurgeons and neurointerventional radiologists. I do not see how alternative medicine can treat this condition. You need to see a neurosurgeon immediately for recommendations.
