In brief: Should be fine

Most people with a single compression fracture wil be able to function without much difficulty.
Some patients a mild back ache but nothing that prevents them from doing most everything. If older people have multiple compression fractures from osteoporosis sometimes that can be debilitating.

In brief: Comp frx

Can change the shape of your spine make it harder to stand erect but with time the spine can compensate and muscle can strengthen to compensate heal then rehab increases your risk of other fractures treat osteoporosis if present avoid future falls.
