In brief: Symptoms

Many people with CML are found incidentally on blood tests done for an unrelated problem. Symptoms can be bleeding, easy bruising, fatigue, frequent infections, shortness of breath, abdominal fullness, or weight loss.

In brief: Abnormal labs

Many times- CML is presented with abnormal labs ( cbc)- without any significant symptoms.
See your doctor and have a routine blood test done . Sometimes, if the white blood cells count increases so much that supress the other blood counts-i.e. Red cells and platelets- you can have anemia ( fatigue/weak) and bleeding. Also enlargement of spleen can cause bloating, fullness, increase abdominal girth.
