In brief: Difficulty to answer
The prostate can be difficult to treat.
Infections there are often "deep seated" (no pun) and it is hard for antibiotics to penetrate and sterilize. It may help to have increased ejaculation rates, avoid prolonged sitting, stay well hydrated and avoid constipation. Voiding often may help (hydration). You may need prostate massage (rare). Follow with pcp and urologist. Treat underlying proble.
