In brief: Not possible.

This is not a possibility, and , if it were possible, it would be a terrible idea.
Gallstones which leave the gallbladder enter the bile ducts, and would cause jaundice, cholangitis, and pancreatitis. Do not believe said holistic or naturopathic treatments such as olive oil and lemon juice. If your gallstones are causing symptoms, see a surgeon. If not, nothing to worry about. Good luck

In brief: You Don't

There s no gallstone flushing.
Irrigation stones from the gallbladder would be dangerous since you would be trying to push them through the bile duct which would probably cause pancreatitis. Gallstones are most effectively treated by the removal of the gallbladder, either laparoscopically, or with an open surgical procedure: laparotomy.

In brief: Cruel health fraud

This isn't possible.
This was invented by a quack who also claimed that AIDS is caused by wearing shoes. You'll be given some awful things to drink together that will give you weird bowel movements that you could mistake for gallstones. These things can land you in the intensive care unit. And nobody's shown the stones vanish from the biliary tree afterwards.
