On a brain MRI whay does "expected signal voids are seen in the intracranial vessels at skull base"? Is that bad? Neuro said MRI was unremarkable.

Vlow voids. Flow voids are indicative of blood flow and are not an abnormal finding.
Normal. On a typical MRI of the head, flowing blood in the major arteries and veins appears as no signal, or voids, and is black on the images. Since we want blood to flow through our arteries and veins, that is a good thing and is normal. If the vessel is narrowed or blocked by clot, there would be a signal on the mri, which would be abnormal.
MRI. No signal is normal and indicates blood flow is good. The opposite means possible block to vessel. U r fine.
