Is it ok that a board certified cardiologist read my echo, but he is not board certified in echocardiography... Results were normal.

All cardiologists are trained in reading echocardiograms.
Board certification does add on to that training but is not required to read echocardiogram. An experienced cardiologist need not be board certified in echocardiography to be good at it.
