Determine the exact medication & if intentional ( suicide attempt ).
Standard treatment of serious irregular or slow heart rate is performed & seizures are treated as usual. Hospitalization, observation & treatment are necessary until beta blocker effect has resolved. Do not "wait it out" at home.
