Symptoms of bad gall bladder?

Bad gallbladder. Symptoms include nausea, bloating, left shoulder pain, right upper abdominal pain, light colored stool, or yellow colored skin. In worse cases, fever, intense abdominal pain, and sepsis may occur.
Pain after eating. Pain right side under ribs, worse after heavy meals, sometimes vomiting.
