If you get carotid artery dissection, how do you feel?

Stroke/horner/pain. This depend on the cause either sponataneuos or traumatic. Spontaneous can present sometimes with neck pain and headache, horner syndrome( ptosis, miosis, anhidrosis) , stroke or minor strokes or tia. Traumatic usually asymptomatic except for pain at injury site but can present with stroke or tia.
Depends. If dissection causes a "flap " to obstruct flow usually get a TIA or a stroke. If not it maybe aymptomatic.
Paralyzed. Often, you lose motor strength in your arm and leg. If the it occurs on the dominant side of your brain, you may not be able to speak either. Very nasty disease!
