In brief: Stroke/horner/pain
This depend on the cause either sponataneuos or traumatic.
Spontaneous can present sometimes with neck pain and headache, horner syndrome( ptosis, miosis, anhidrosis) , stroke or minor strokes or tia. Traumatic usually asymptomatic except for pain at injury site but can present with stroke or tia.
