In brief: Yes or No

Your only option is to decide in advance.
Either you want to be resuscitated, or you wish have a "do not resuscitate" order/ advanced directive..

In brief: Right place....

If this happens, hopefully you are at a place with equipment and personnel to rescue you.
There is nothing you can personally do when you have a cardiac arrest. You can however make your feelings and preferences for rescue efforts known in advance, in a document called the living will.
