No. There is a tantalizing reference in the literature that arginine depletion can improve depression: http://www.
Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/21515310 . However, the converse, to my knowledge, is not established, namely, that arginine can adversely effect depression. There should theoretically be no interaction between arginine and antidepressants, per se. Arginine is a natural substance.
