With anaphylaxis what else should I be concerned about?

Carry an EpiPen (epinephrine) If you have had anaphylaxis from a food or stinging insect, you should carry an Epinephrine auto injector from now on. You should also undergo a complete evaluation by a board certified allergist to help determine what you may be allergic to and need to avoid.
A support system. If you have anaphylaxis you are at risk for life-threatening allergic episodes that can strike suddenly & without warning. You may need assistance finding, retrieving & administering Epinephrine (epipen), calling 911, and getting to urgent medical help. Having concerned & trained family, friends & coworkers who recognize when you are in trouble & can help you is vital for your health & survival.
