Are there any treatments to help with the discomfort of sinusitis? I have tried nasal spray with no help.

In brief: Nasal wash?

A proper treatment of the cause of sinusitis is needed.
If bacterial, you may need an antibiotic. If due to allergy, treat allergy. Sinus lavage with saline solution may be helpful. Please talk to your pharmacist.

In brief: Yes

But you should have your doctor check it out if the problem has been chronic.
Sinus discomfort is a very vague term and thus the treatment would vary depending on what the cause is.
