In brief: This is a sensitivit

U have a sensitivity 2 these foods & u can not build an immunity that allows u 2 b able to eat these foods.
U may b able 2 build up a tolerance by slowly eating a small amount once in a while & c how u feel. It is possible u just can't handle it & just avoid them. If u have trouble when invited to someone's house and they cook spicy, just let them know about it and c if they can tone down the food.

In brief: Upset stomach

Upset stomach is commonly caused by chronic gastritis or reflux disease.
When your stomach is inflamed or when you have reflux, you can have indigestion like symptoms with spicy and greasy food. Try otc zantac (ranitidine) or prilosec. If symptoms do not improve, you need to see a GI specialist.
