Doing physical therapy for migraines on my neck, shoulders, & base of head. Always off balance and dizzy. Then vomiting begins. What can cause this?

ENT - Head & Neck Surgery

In brief: Neck or migraine

There is vertigo that comes when the brain doesn't get position info from the neck nerves either from muscle spasm or arthritis.
Treatment is pt to neck if dizziness and neck symptoms parallel. Some migraines have vertigo as the aura. Nausea/vomiting seen with either migraine or vertigo but with migraine usually sound/light sensitivity. May need ENT with ear expertise to sort these two conditions.

Pain Management

In brief: Headaches

There are cervical headaches in some cases.
When these are present, excessive hyper mobilization of the cervical spine and especially the upper cervical spine can lead to swelling and inflammation. These can both lead to nausea and dizziness.
