In brief: Test

Iif there is other symptom related ( unintentional weight loss, bleeding, abdominal pain etc).
- consider to get imaging- ct scans. Also cancer screening- colonoscopy, papsmear, mammogram etc if you smoke- please quit smoking. Also sometimes medication can increase WBC - although usually not more than 15k. What is the WBC differential?

Cigarette smoking is confirmed as factor associated with chronic increased of WBC and may be the cause. Please try to quit smoking. ~2. also, other condition- i.e. metabolic syndrome- ( high cholesterol, hypertension, diabetes, obesity) is also associated with chronic increase of WBC. Unfortunately, I could not tell you much in detail as I cant review all of your tests results you had.

~ some medications also can increase WBC. what medications are you taking, besides celebrex? also what is your WBC differentials? also, make sure you have a follow up for the lung nodules that you have.

In brief: Dental evaluation

Assuming all systemic causes for infection have been checked into, i would see a dentist to make sure there is no evidence chronic gingivitis or other dental infections.
