In brief: Permanent teeth

You get your front four adult teeth between five and seven.
The first set of permanent molars in the very back as six. The next set of molars at twelve and at twelve most all permanent teeth should be in except wisdom teeth. These erupt between sixteen and twenty and often they cannot fully grow in due to lack of space in the jaws of modern man.

In brief: Twelve years

You permanent teeth are usually by age twelve with the eruption of the second permanent molars.
The third molars (wisdom teeth) may not come in until the early twenties, if at all.

In brief: You have them now

Not sure what you are asking.
At your age you should have all of your permanent teeth. Once they have erupted they do not continue to grow. There are reasons for them to move, but this has nothing to do with growth.
