My 6 year old has severe swollen glands for about two weeks. She was sick two weeks ago and had a few different bugs at once the glands are not going ?

Agree it would be helpful to know where the glands are and if they are growing, tender, etc.
If they are just below the jaw, your child could have mono. Sometimes, it does take several weeks for glands to go away after they have been swollen. As long as not tender, not getting bigger, not getting a lot of nodes in other places then can just watch.

Where are the "swollen glands", is she clinically better, are these "glands" tender, warm, are they soft or hard to the touch, have they changed at all since the illness began. If they persist have her seen by a good pediatrician.
