A tubal ligation is at least 98% effective at preventing pregnancy.
Reversal procedures are not very effective. If you have had a tubal and are not wanting to get pregnant, you will likely need to do ivf. If you are having pregnancy symptoms, take a home pregnancy test and then see your doc for further evaluation.

The probability is like less than 5%, but it depends what was done in your case.
..Cut and tie method vs cautery (cautery is a bit more effective (less re-attachment by itself). Just remember, the only 100% effective is abstinence..All other medthods have some deficiency!
