The supplements you mention are ok, but nothing really prevents illness like a good diet and exercise regimen.
Also getting a good night's sleep every night to keep stress at a minimum also helps. Would recommend a b-complex and calcium in addition to the above, but check your vitamin d level periodically with your doctor to make sure you don't have too much.
