What can cause a month-long fever? Started intermittent but now 99.5-100+ daily. Stomach pain, GI issues; ct+egd show nothing major. Neck glands sore sometimes. 25f, sober/smoke-free more than 1 yr.

In brief: Many things

I would strongly suggest further evaluation.
Persistent low grade fevers aren't normal. Could be something simple like epstein barr infection which causes mono. Or some other infxn. More extreme concern would be more serious infection or blood disorder. As a women worth your symptoms a gynecologic exam is also needed. Most of the concerns can be evaluated with simple blood test or imaging.

In brief: Infection

I would try to rule out infection first (bloodwork, blood cultures, urinalysis, chest xray).
Also, some autoimmune illnesses such as lupus and rheumatoid arthritis may present with that. Talk to your doc about that.
