In brief: It depends

How long ago did you have the surgery.
You may need some time if you eyes will adjust post operatively. Because of asymmetry between the two eyes refraction you may have some eye strain. Your refraction is very minimal, the time may help with goos lubrication. If your symptom persist or get worse pls see your surgeon.

In brief: LASIK results

Patients over the age of 40 will have difficulty reading if they have both eyes set for distance - which is where you are now.
You can speak to your doctor about trying a contact lens trial to see whether making one of your two eyes better for near would help. If you like the vision with a contact lens, your surgeon can perform an enhancement to help your near vision.
