In brief: See details

First of all, see a rheumatologist if you have not done so already.
While an ANA can often be positive in hashimoto's it is much more unusual for the dna to be positive. Since you do not list your symptoms, it is impossible to offer a more specific opinion.

Lupus is a clinical diagnosis, it should never be diagnosed based on laboratory tests alone.

In brief: See below

These tests can be false positives in pregnancy.
Your rheumatologist is going look at your other labs such as kidney function and your symptoms to make a determination. Sometimes the rheumatologist may retest the labs through a different reference lab.
